OOFERS | Economic ranks
All economic ranks in OOFERS and how to earn them.
OHR
These ranks are above HR and are unobtainable unless the person holding it dies IRL. This is the OOFERS equal oligarchy consisting of the follow ranks.
COMMANDER The original founding rank of OOFERS.
GENERAL The original second in command rank for OOFERS. (Now equal to commander)
OVERSEER Originally designed to manage divisions. (Now equal to commander and general)
HR/Board of Directors
BOARD OF DIRECTORS Originally called Master Officers. This is the board which discusses how to move OOFERS forward and their decisions are considered by OHR. This position is only available if you are handpicked for it.
STASH MANAGER Manages OOF COIN distributions and sales.
OFFICER MANAGER Manages economic Officers and assures they follow their hosting cycle. Officer Managers get a 10% cut from all economic events that are taxed and this is paid in OOF COIN. You can only obtain this position if you are a Senior Officer and are chosen.
MR
OFFICER OF THE MONTH This is given to one Officer every month. It isn't a higher rank but is a temporary status benefit.
It increases your tax cut to 35%!
SENIOR OFFICER A experienced Officer which has more permissions and opportunities available to them. More likely to be trained into Naval MR ranks. The tax cut is increased to 25%
OFFICER Hosts economic events. Officers get a 15% cut of tax paid in OOF COIN for events they host.
OFFICER IN TRAINING Undergoing training and will be promoted if they pass.
LR
ELITE OOFER The highest LR rank available and the most experienced. ELITE OOFERS are eligible to apply for Officer Training if they wish. To obtain you need 8 rank points.
ADVANCED OOFER Quite experienced OOFERS, requires 5 rank points to attain.
OOFER Regular OOFER who has learned the ropes and is becoming better at the game. Requires 2 rank points to attain.
JUNIOR OOFER A new member who has just passed their application and been accepted in. To rank up you must attend economic events, each one grants 1 rank point.
